Shipping and Returns

We are happy to ship most of our products within the contigous United States. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship fragile, heavy, or oversize items at this time.

Shipping rates start at $6.95, and vary based on the size and weight of your package.

Items excluded from shipping include:

rugs, plants and florals, heavy pots, furniture, oversized art prints, and delicate glassware. We retain the right to refund any order containing items we are unable to ship.

Most items on the website are available in-store!

Please note, our store is located in Tucson, Arizona. If the items you are purchasing are heat sensitive, they may not be good shipping candidates. This includes candy and candles. We cannot be liable for any damage or melting due to high temperatures, as we are unable to control how long a package sits on a carrier truck or at your front door/mailbox. We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for items that have been damaged once they leave our store.

We hope you your purchase fills you with joy and happiness.  If you're not feeling all the good feels, we're happy to offer store credit for returns received within  14 days of purchase or delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused (and for candles, unlit), with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
For in-store purchases, please carefully select items that have no visible defects or character flaws.  We are unable to accept responsibility for damaged items once they leave our storefront.

For online orders, if your shipment is incorrect, incomplete, or damaged, please contact us within 5 days so that we can make it right!  We may require photos or other information to address the issue correctly.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We are not able to accept returns of the following product types:

Food (candy) and beverages

Plants and flowers (fresh or dried)

Personal Care and beauty products, once opened

Sale and clearance items

Gift cards

We do not offer exchanges except for damaged items when applicable, but you may return an item for store credit (within the allotted return window) and use the credit to purchase something that speaks to you.

Refunds are offered in the form of store credit only, within 14 days of original purchase.

We're so happy to offer local pickup for our friends in Tucson, Arizona. You may place your order online and we will try to have it ready for you as soon as possible during normal business hours. You'll receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup, typically within several hours (except for custom-made items). We're located at 845 N. Park Ave. (across from the University of Arizona's Main Gate).
